With four decades of experience, he has managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, global expansions, and organizational transformations across consumer health, pharmaceuticals, and CPG. At Vigilant Peak, Brian brings Fortune 100 discipline and enterprise-level rigor to strategy, governance, and long-term value creation. As CEO , he provides the leadership and investor confidence needed to guide the company in building the next era of emergency infrastructure.

A former LVMPD detective, national law enforcement trainer, and Director of Security for TRYKE Companies, Christopher is the visionary behind Vigilant Peak. He built the brand architecture, operational protocols, and real-world utility of each product, drawing from a career in tactical response, criminal investigations, and crisis systems that shaped his conviction that communities deserve faster, smarter, life-saving infrastructure. As Founder of Vigilant Peak Holdings, Christopher leads the creation of a multi-brand ecosystem reimagining emergency response for the modern age. He pairs frontline insight with systems-level vision, building platforms that fuse medical, security, and technological precision into one coordinated fabric. A Zappos alum with leadership experience at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, and major e-commerce rollouts, Shyloh has scaled brands to hundreds of millions in revenue. She brings deep expertise in consumer marketing, data analytics, and brand architecture. At Vigilant Peak, she drives cross-brand growth strategy, launches, and go-to-market sequencing, pairing creative vision with disciplined financial modeling. Shyloh’s approach blends behavioral analysis and hard data to uncover unseen opportunities — building strategies that move markets with precision.

A Deloitte-trained CPA, Josh has led complex audits, investor strategy, and capital planning across regulated and high-growth sectors. His experience includes steering financial operations, compliance, and investor relations for both public and private companies. At Vigilant Peak, Josh oversees financial strategy, capital allocation, and risk management. He combines fiscal discipline with agility, aligning capital with mission to scale disruptive technologies while ensuring trust, stability, and long-term investor value.

With over 25 years in IT and global operations, Darrell began his career as a Navy Corpsman and Search & Rescue member before advancing to leadership roles, including Vice President at Hedvig Inc. His background fuses mission-critical medical response with enterprise-scale IT transformation. At Vigilant Peak, Darrell oversees day-to-day readiness and rollout of VALANTRI’s embedded operator model. He unites tactical training with medical precision, ensuring dual-certified operators deliver rapid, reliable response — turning a visionary model into a scalable, real-world service.

At Vigilant Peak, Steve’s expertise in building and scaling complex enterprises strengthens the company’s foundation as it grows into a national leader in emergency infrastructure.

Founder of Del Grosso Law, Valerie is a seasoned legal strategist specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and startup structuring. She has guided early-stage companies through complex regulatory frameworks, investor agreements, and growth transitions.
